NEW: Youth Mixed Martial Arts - Ages 8 - 17 years old
"Bully-Proofing" - 10/9 - 11/13, Saturdays, 8:30 am - 9:30 am
This six week program is designed to help teach confidence self-defense, and discipline. We combine boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu in a fun and positive environment. Kids will learn respect for self and respect for others as well as valuable leadership skills to last a lifetime. (*This is a low contact class with NO live sparring.) Workout Attire; No shoes. $100 for Members/ $125 for Non-Members. Location: Studio 1. Register Now!
This class is taught by Absolute Martial Arts Owner/Head Trainer and Certified Youth Fitness Trainer, Victor Moreno. His experience includes 2x Midwest Cage Championship welterweight champion, WWFC Middleweight Champion, & Extreme Kickboxing Middleweight Champion.

This program provides six weeks of proper footwork, punching/kicking techniques. Through this course, participants will gain the awareness and confidence to build a great base in self-defense and ability to advance as a martial art. Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals - 10/6 - 11/10, Wednesdays, 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
In this six-week class, you'll learn
basic movements, concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Focused on self-defense,
building confidence and developing technical knowledge, these classes include
technical instruction and other drills designed to help participants build a
foundation for self-defense. (*This is a low contact class with NO live sparring.) Workout Attire; No shoes. $100 for Members/$125 for Non-Members. We do offer a $20 discount if you participate in both Adult Programs. Location: Studio 1. Register Now!

Adult Fitness Programs ($)
Private Yoga is a personal training session with a certified yoga instructor to address your specific needs and goals.
Certified Personal Trainers are available for 1:1 or group training sessions.
Team Training: Get signed up today for personal training service with the accountability of a community. Team Training provides elements of teamwork and individual focus from a certified trainer. Choose from one of the below timeslots – but hurry, space is very limited!
Nutritional Coaching is provided through our Registered Dietitian for 1:1 or family coaching sessions during this time.
Team Swim is a training program for adult members of TPAW.
