Membership FAQ

Q: I have a paid-in-full membership, can I cancel?

A:  Our paid-in-full memberships cannot be placed on freeze, cancelled, transferred, or refunded. If you need flexibility in your membership, our month-to-month memberships have the option to be cancelled.

Q: What if I cannot use my membership for a period of time?

A:  As of March 1, 2024 we will no longer have a freeze option for members. We will, however, have a new credit request available, once a year, for members who cancel in good standing. If a member cancels their membership but wishes to rejoin within three (3) months of the cancellation date, they will be eligible to receive a credit equivalent to the joiner's fee applicable at the time of rejoining. All a member will have to do is fill out our Credit Request Form . Once we receive the request and eligibility is confirmed, the member will be notified of the credit on their account.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: You can cancel your month-to-month membership by submitting a Cancellation Request Form no later than the 20th of the current month to be processed for the 1st of the next month. Any cancellation requests received after this deadline will not be processed until the following month. Members will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation request has been processed.
